DIRECT EFFECT CHARITIES is a tax exempt, non-profit charitable organization with a unique goal. Our purpose is to raise awareness as to what YOU can do to make a difference in the lives of those in need. We are people helping people.

While we know there are many worthwhile charities, our hearts are with the children. They truly need us.  We believe charitable giving is enhanced by participation beyond the act of simply writing a check. Throughout the year we will sponsor programs that you can become directly involved in, thus our name "DIRECT EFFECT".

We work with children in families well below the poverty level through Chicago's public schools. 

Your support is vital to our growth. We need you to work with us, as we know that we can not do it alone. Together we can change lives for the better and enrich our own lives as well.
